Intergrative Psychotherapist (UKCP), BSc (Hons) Psychology, PGDip Psychotherapy & Counselling.

About Me

I specialise in supporting clients experiencing anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), helping them to better understand and manage distressing thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. I also have extensive experience and a particular focus on supporting people experiencing trauma and relationship difficulties, whether within family relationships or romantic partnerships. I recognise that these areas often overlap and can have a significant impact on emotional wellbeing, self-perception, and the way we relate to others.

My Approach

As an integrative therapist, I draw from a variety of modalities in therapy sessions in an effort to deliver a personally tailored treatment plan to each individual. We can concentrate on tackling current challenges, increasing your understanding of ongoing behavioural patterns, and exploring the ways your past affects your present circumstances. My goal is to help you navigate the healing process from challenging life experiences while enabling you to take charge of the future you want to create.
